We are here to change that.
YouCanToo is a global, peer-to-peer mentorship network supporting women navigating academic careers across borders and systems.
Who can apply?
for mentees
YouCanToo is designed for women pursuing or aspiring to academic careers, particularly those at early career stages, including Master’s students, recent graduates, and PhD candidates.
The initiative focuses on women who face structural, social, or personal barriers, including limited access to informal networks, mentoring opportunities, or institutional guidance.
It especially supports immigrant and migrant women in Europe, women planning international relocation, particularly those coming from or connected to the Global South, and women navigating new academic, cultural, or institutional environments for the first time.

If you have completed your PhD studies and feel confident to mentor others, you are welcome to submit an application.
Anyone, regardless of their background or gender, who has graduated and is interested in supporting mentees is eligible to apply.
